I believe that each person holds the power to heal & transform their life.

As a Registered Nurse and Certified Trauma Informed Life Coach, I use my knowledge and wisdom to help empower other Nurses to heal and grow into their power and transform their careers and lives. 

Through my extensive background in healthcare, educational trainings, and personal life experiences, I am able to better understand individuals by looking at the whole person (mind, body and soul). This comprehensive perspective allows me to identify and address the underlying causes of burnout, thus helping individuals in overcoming barriers.
